SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:  

Silk Lounge ships to all the pin codes in India. We have partnered with the best logistics services to ensure that your products are handled professionally and delivered on time.

ORDER DISPATCH:

Silk Lounge orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24 hours, except Sundays and holidays. You will be intimated via email about the tracking details of your order once your order is shipped. In case of any delays in processing your order, we will intimate you and inform you regarding possible delays.

ORDER TRACKING:

Upon dispatch of your order, we will send you an email or SMS with tracking link to follow your package. 

ORDER DELIVERY:

Shipping Within India:

Our logistic partner usually delivers the shipment in 2-3 business days for metro cities and 5-7 business days for non-metro cities from the time we dispatch your order. However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues, there might be a delay in delivering your order. Kindly track your order with the details provided over your registered email ID.

Missed Delivery:

Our Logistics partners attempt thrice to deliver your shipment. However, for orders which are not collected at your end will be returned to us. We will re-ship the order at your request for an additional RS 250/- All Cash-On-Delivery (COD) orders that are returned to us will be re-shipped only after the payment for the same is made online along with the additional shipping charges.

Shipping Within India:

Silk Lounge offers free shipping for all orders within India. All prices are inclusive of GST. Shipping charges/cash-handling charge of RS 200/- is applicable for COD orders within India.
