All prices are inclusive of GST.

4. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

We accept secure payments via trusted payment gateways.

Silk Lounge reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

Pricing Errors

Stock unavailability

Suspicious transactions

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed accordingly.

5.Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Delivery timelines vary based on location (see shipping policy below).

Delays may occur during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances.

Missed Delivery:

Our Logistics partners attempt thrice to deliver your shipment. However, for orders which are not collected at your end will be returned to us. We will re-ship the order at your request for an additional RS 250/- All Cash-On-Delivery (COD) orders that are returned to us will be re-shipped only after the payment for the same is made online along with the additional shipping charges.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns/ Exchanges are accepted only if:

Product is damaged or incorrect

Request raised within 12 hours of delivery.

Sarees worn or altered are not eligible for return.

Unboxing video is mandatory for claims.
